1. Returns/refunds for defects or print errors
Most custom photo album printers will accept returns (or offer replacements/refunds) if the product is damaged, flawed in printing quality, or different from what you ordered — but you usually must notify them within a limited time after delivery and include photos of the issue.

2. Custom/personalized products often aren’t refundable
Because photo books are made to order, changes of mind, design choices you don’t like, or errors that are not the printer’s fault generally are not eligible for returns or refunds.

3. Time frame to request a return or refund
Some companies require you to contact support within a specific window (e.g., 2–5 days after delivery) to be eligible for a replacement or refund.

4. Return shipping costs
If the return is due to a mistake by the printer (wrong item, damage), the company will often pay return shipping. If it’s due to customer preference changes, you may have to cover return shipping costs.
